What Really  Occur During An Asthma Episode?

Asthma patient has really been wanting to know what really happens within when there is an asthma episode. Well, this is simple to explain in a way, we know that air moves in and out of the lungs during normal breathing. This is not the case during an asthma episode, the bronchi(windpipe) becomes over-reactive and hence triggering asthma. This causes the airway linings to swell, mucus then clogs hence causing the airway linings to be inflamed. These causes the bronchi muscles to tighten up hence making it difficult for the flow of air into and outside of the lungs.
